In order to have a normal life, we must eat a balanced diet and exercise.
Exercise is what's needed to be healthy and live a happy life. If you only eat and do not exercise, you'll become obese and you'll begin hating yourself.
There some kids who are obese. Though I think it's a disease from eating too much.
These heavy kids are bullied throughout their school life. No one wishes to be fat or to be called "Fatty"
We all have that name. But what can we do to prevent it?
**Eat little food. Do not eat like you won't eat later.
In the evening, eat little food because the body is not active at night.
Dinner should be taken between 6.30 and 7.00pm. After that, make sure you don't eat too much.
Also carbohydrates which are body building, should not be eaten at night.
Starchy foods are meant to build the body. It's only needed in the morning, when people will with hard during the day.
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It is what will keep you going and give you the needed energy.
Eat a healthy breakfast. Include fruits in your breakfast.
Exercise in the mornings to get rid of excess calories in your body.
You could go to the gym or even exercise in your home.
You can jog, do press ups and sits ups. If we all do exercise, we can get rid of our kids being bullied all the time.
Between breakfast and lunch, make sure you eat something. Protein foods like, eggs, beans are also important.
They help me the body in a great way.
Let us all keep our bodies healthy to prevent diseases.
Eat well and stay healthy.
