ETIQUETTE

Some may think that having some etiquette is a waste of time.
Etiquette is having good manners all the time. A person with etiquette is always polite all the time and is always on the good side. Well, not always but most of the times.

To some people, etiquette occurs automatically because they're used to it or because they grew up knowing that it's good to have some etiquette.

Some of the etiquette that every person should have is ;

*Should always say the word Sorry
*Thank you should be in his or her own vocabulary.
*Excuse me.
*May I?
*Please

Those words among others should be in everybody's vocabulary, everyday.
While others think it's a waste of time, others know it's necessary to have etiquette.

Young people should learn the value of having etiquette everytime. Some are ever apologetic, such that even if they are wronged, they still say sorry. For example, if someone steps on their shoes.

Some argue and say that, it's actually a waste of time. This is because even when they're are told sorry, it won't change anything at all.
They think that the person saying it is not sincere and it only hurts them more. It's good to accept it even if they feel that way.

Some people are sincere with their apologies while others are not. You should not dwell on those pretending.

On saying 'Thank you', it shows appreciation of something done well. If someone does a favor for you, it's good to be thankful cause if not, the person may take it as a sign of ungratefulness.

When you need attention for anything you need to say an 'Excuse me'.
Some are so rude that they go pushing others around. That is in the roads with many people. They just don't care about the others but it's so wrong. Such people should change and have some etiquette.

Even when you need to exit a room, you always have to excuse yourself. Coming into a room too, you need to let people know you're there by having their attention. You'll only achieve that if you excuse yourself and they'll turn their attention to you.

During an interview, you'll have to excuse yourself first and wait for the response. You shouldn't go into an interview room without calling for attention.

You should always wait until you're told to sit down and that's when you'll sit down.

What is the importance of etiquette?

*To have other people's attention.
*To apologise for anything you think isn't right.
*By saying thank you, it will show that you're grateful.
*It shows that you're polite.
*It shows you have mannerism.

Let us all have etiquette and everything is going to be good all the time.
Etiquette is the key to everything,let us learn to use all the time.
