Early marriages and Dependency

When I talk about early marriages, believe me it's getting married at an early age. Some get married as early as they are 16 years old.
Dependency on the other hand is depending on a person to support you in everything you do.

This happens when these young girls get married at an early age. Early marriages can be voluntary and involuntary at times. Some choose to get married because of lack of another option.
Some reasons that can make little girls get married early is because of ;

✔Losing hope
A young person has dreams and visitors he or she wants to fulfill in life. If maybe the person wants to go to school to further their education and it's not possible, they give up. They end up choosing marriage as the only option.

✔When there's no other option left.
It's not always possible to get what you want everytime. Things can go on wrong and go the way you didn't expect them to.

✔Early pregnancies
This is the most that affects our young girls. Boys and Girls want to experiment what they don't even know. Girls end up getting pregnant.
Some are even abandoned by the father of that child.
This leaves no other choice but get married. Because they are young and don't have money, there's no way they can raise the child alone. So they get married.

✔Peer pressure
People of the same age groups, pressure one another into doing things. They want to try out new and different things. If things go wrong, the girl will be in trouble.

When these teens, get married, it's obvious that they don't have a source of income. They have to depend entirely on their husbands to give them money.
Some suffer a lot in the hands of their husbands. Not all of course. Marriage is a commitment for life and if you ain't prepared for it emotionally, you will suffer.

Most don't have a choice but to get married.
Things get worse when they do. The husband will do anything he wants because the girl cannot do anything but to stick with the man.
What can she do?

Think of it? She cannot do anything without money to support herself or the child.

If the husband doesn't leave any money in the house, she will have to wait for him even if it's midnight. That's when she will eat.

The only thing that can be done to reduce early marriages is maybe, girls should abstain.
**They should be themselves
You shouldn't let anyone force you into anything you don't want.
**No matter what happens, they should be strong and have hope.
**Don't let anyone manipulate or intimidate you.

Girls should be in control of their lives.
