Reality is like what is there and existing.
Some people try to evade their problems_ It's actually, we try to evade them—which is not good.
The problems may be ;
1.Work problems
2.School problems which might make you want to drop out.
3.Relationship problems. Not only married people but also dating people.
4.Peer pressure.
5 unemployment
6.Being Poverty
And among others.
The first thing is to identify where the problem is. You must know where the problem is coming in and the reason why.
The second thing someone is supposed to do is to accept he or she has a problem.
The problem comes in when people deny that something is actually happening.
They just cannot accept the Reality. This is called self denial. You have to accept it or else you might not make it out alive.
After accepting your problems, you have to look for ways in which you'll solve them no matter how hard it is. You know problems don't last forever but people tend to make a big deal out of them. What do they do?
*They drink alcohol and use other drugs which only adds up to their problem.
*Some even may make it look like it's the worst thing in the world.
*Some may hate themselves and they will always ask themselves why is it only them that has problems.
You can always talk to people which is a very good thing. When you talk to people, you'll realise that you are not the only one having problems.
**Talking to people also relieves one's stress. This definitely helps them a lot.
The worst thing that one can do is condemn or criticise a person having problems. It kills the victim inside. Isolation is not the solution to all this.
People cry. When we all have problems you can let it all out by crying and at least you'll feel at peace for a while, but still the problem is still there.
Others try to commit suicide. Any chance they get, they'll do it believe me. Only you will prevent it.
Maybe you're wondering how? You could be.
*Try as much as you can convincing them out of it.
*Help where you possibly can.
On the other hand, the person with the problem can talk to others about the problems.
Don't say that others have problem and you'd be only troubling them by telling them yours. You never know, you night talk to the right person about your problems.
He or she might be your savior. He might know exactly what you need and do exactly that.
Also, when you talk to others, a heavy burden is lifted off your shoulders.
The aforementioned problems might be solved by doing exactly that.
Victims should also visit a counsellor. This will help them more than they could ever imagine.
